About Queen B's Agents
When I founded Queen Bee Film Hive in 2015, I was one of the few female immigrant filmmakers in the American industry. While Queen Bee has been a part of several successful projects, including the short film Escape Room, it has not been an easy journey. I have frequently encountered discrimination based on my gender and "foreign" accent. After reaching out to other women in the film industry, I realized I was not alone. Almost all of them expressed their frustration at the lack of representation for women and minorities. It's time for a change. That's why I decided to start my own talent agency, Queen B's Agents, to provide these much-needed services.

We just started a women's empowerment movement called #youtoo. It's more than just a safe space, it's an incubator of ideas and solutions based on your contributions. We are here to support and stand up for anyone who feels a need to vent or discuss the stressful situations they find themselves in and seek out solutions.
